FMCG major Hindustan Unilever's CEO Sanjiv Mehta received a pay package of ₹14.20 crore for the last fiscal, with no increase in his salary from the previous year. HUL's CFO PB Balaji made ₹8.33 crore, although he also did not get any raise. Moreover, the average increase in the salaries of employees other than the managerial personnel was 5.57%.
