Hindustan Unilever Chairman and MD Sanjiv Mehta's pay package fell 21% to ₹15.35 crore during 2020-21, according to the company's annual report. However, his salary was 122 times higher than the median pay of HUL employees in 2020-21. The company's top four executives, including Mehta and Chief Financial Officer Srinivas Phatak, took home a total compensation of ₹36.13 crore.
