HMDA to allot over 1,200 unsold Rajiv Swagruha flats

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) and Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Ltd (TRSCL) have proposed to allot 1,262 unsold Rajiv Swagruha flats at Bandlaguda and Pocharam to applicants. At Bandlaguda, 400 1-BHK flats are available for sale whereas, at Pocharam, 1-BHK, 2-BHK and 3-BHK flats are available. Interested applicants should pay 'a token advance' by January 18.
