HMDA to auction over 200 open plots in Hyderabad in May

Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) will conduct an e-auction of 218 open plots on May 22, 23, and 24. The infrastructural works related to internal roads and street lights are said to be completed in 18 months. For plots at Bachupally, the price is ₹25,000 per square yard, and for plots at Medipally, the price is ₹32,000 per square yard.
