HMT sells over ₹35 lakh watches in one day, says HD Kumaraswamy

HMT recorded sales worth over ₹35 lakh in a single day on Independence Day, Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy said. The strong response came after customers in Bengaluru formed queues stretching up to two kilometres to purchase HMT’s special edition watches. Kumaraswamy thanked the public for supporting the brand and said he was working to revive the iconic Indian company.
