HNGIL to move NCLT over insolvency proceedings against Bira 91

Hindustan National Glass and Industries Ltd (HNGIL) issued a notice to beer brand Bira 91's parent firm B9 Beverages warning it may move NCLT to initiate insolvency proceedings. HNGIL alleged Bira 91 has not paid for 51 lakh manufactured bottles worth ₹11.77 crore. HNGIL said it will approach NCLT if payment is not made within 10 days of the notice.
