Hold remaining IPL matches at limited venues without fans: CTI to Centre

Chamber of Trade and Industry (CTI) has urged Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya to revise the schedule of the remaining IPL matches and hold them at limited venues without spectators. CTI said teams' air travel and spectators’ commute were leading to huge fuel consumption. It claimed each team may be using 50,000-70,000 litres of aviation fuel during the tournament.
