Home Minister given red carpet in Bengal, we get black carpet in Delhi: Mamata

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee who is in Delhi to meet Chief Election Commissioner questioned police deployment outside West Bengal state guest house in Delhi. "When Home Minister comes to Bengal, we give him the red carpet...but when we come to Delhi, you give us the black carpet," she said. She alleged that Bengalis in the Capital were being “tortured".
