Home Ministry allows Lalu Yadav's prosecution in land for job scam

The Union Home Ministry has approved the prosecution of RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav in the money laundering case linked to the land-for-jobs scam. The approval follows the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) final charge sheet. Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court had also summoned Lalu Prasad Yadav along with his sons Tejashwi and Tej Pratap Yadav on September 18.
