Home prices jump 500%, set to rise further as Noida airport operationalises

The first flight took off from Noida International Airport on Monday. According to industry estimates, the airport pushed apartment prices along Yamuna Expressway corridor higher by 158% in last five years, from ₹3,950/square foot to ₹10,200/square foot. Meanwhile, plot prices have risen 500%, from ₹1,650/square foot to ₹10,500/square foot in the same time, with prices estimated to rise further.
