Homeless man found living in underground vault outside museum in LA

A 30-year-old homeless man was found inside an underground utility vault outside a museum in Los Angeles. In a CCTV footage that has surfaced online, the unidentified man is seen lifting the vault's panels and disappearing underground. "He said he sleeps down here...and [that] this is his place," the director of facility and security for the museum said.
