Homes priced over ₹4 crore see 38% sales spike in Jan-Sept: CBRE

Sale of houses costing ₹4 crore and above rose 38% YoY in January-September, according to CBRE. Total luxury unit sales reached around 12,625, up from around 9,165 sold during the same period a year ago. Delhi-NCR led the increase with 5,855 units, followed by Mumbai at around 3,820 units. Luxury home sales in Pune more than doubled to 810 units.
