Hong Kong halts 'cruise to nowhere' after crew member tests COVID +ve

Hong Kong authorities stopped a ship from departing on a "cruise to nowhere" journey in nearby waters after a crew member tested positive for COVID-19. About 1,000 passengers out of a total of 1,200 had already boarded the ship before the trip was cancelled. The passenger did not have any direct contact with the crew member.
