Hong Kong to end mandatory hotel quarantine for travellers

Hong Kong's government has said that people arriving in the city from September 26 will no longer have to go into mandatory hotel quarantine. From Monday, travellers arriving in Hong Kong will have to undergo three days of home monitoring. If they test negative for COVID-19 after three days, they will be allowed into venues such as restaurants and bars.
