HOOD, COIN rise on ceasefire hope, ignoring legal risks

Robinhood (HOOD) and Coinbase (COIN) rose premarket despite Wisconsin suing them and others for creating a "public nuisance" with prediction markets. The state named Polymarket and Kalshi as well.
