Hope Hicks named White House Communications Director

US President Donald Trump's aide Hope Hicks has been appointed the White House Communications Director. Hicks, who is the fourth person to be appointed to the position, had been the acting Director since the firing of Anthony Scaramucci. Hicks was a spokesperson for Trump during his presidential campaign and has been known to defend Trump's image.
