Horizon Industrial Parks allocates ₹1,167 cr to anchor investors

Horizon Industrial Parks has finalised allocation of 19,46,25,000 equity shares to anchor investors and raised ₹1,167.75 crore at the upper price band of ₹60 per equity share. This includes share premium of ₹50 per equity share. The company had completed a primary raise of ₹1,650 crore through a private placement in December 2025.
