Horse falls into drain after slab collapse, rescued

A horse in Atladara fell nearly six feet into a stormwater drain after an RCC maintenance cover collapsed beneath it. Fire department personnel launched a challenging four-hour rescue operation, breaking concrete slabs to reach the trapped animal. The horse was eventually rescued with only minor injuries. The incident has triggered concerns about poor infrastructure maintenance and public safety.
