Hospital, shops set on fire after 1 killed in communal clash during Durga idol immersion in UP

Violence escalated in UP's Bahraich on Monday after a 22-year-old man, Ram Gopal Mishra, was killed in firing after a communal clash broke out during Goddess Durga idol immersion. Protestors allegedly set a hospital and shops on fire, ANI reported. "We are gaining control of the whole situation," SP Vrinda Shukla said. Reportedly, the main accused is at large.
