Hotel Leelaventure to change its name as Brookfield buys 'Leela' brand

Hotel Leelaventure has approved changing its name to HLV Limited after Brookfield acquired 'Leela' brand from its promoters. The company sold four hotels in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi and Udaipur along with a land parcel in Agra to Brookfield for ₹3,950 crore. It continues to own and operate a hotel in Mumbai under the Leela brand, licensed to it by Brookfield.
