Hours after US-Russia oil deal, Ukraine bombs facility supplying oil to Russian army
Ukraine struck an oil facility in Russia's Rostov, which meets the needs of the Russian armed forces, hours after US and Russia signed an oil deal. The attack triggered a large-scale fire at the oil-loading terminal, which continued to burn throughout the day. The facility Ukraine attacked is also used to export fuel and was attacked in July too.
