The fourth season of Netflix TV series 'House of Cards' is set to be released on March 4 next year. A 30-second trailer, modelled as a presidential campaign video, was unveiled on Tuesday. The political drama starring Kevin Spacey as President Frank Underwood will also feature Neve Campbell and Colm Feore in the new season.
