House owner mistakes labourer for thief, ties him up to 3rd floor's window

A house owner in Bengaluru tied a drunk labourer from his third floor's window mistaking him for a thief. Police later found that the labourer was only trying to escape from his colleagues, with whom he had fought, and had no other intentions. The labourer was reportedly subjected to a medical test where doctors said he was mentally disturbed.
