Housing prices grow by 4% in Mumbai in 2025 as compared to 18% in 2024

The average housing price growth slowed to 4% in 2025, a significant dip from 18% growth recorded in 2024, according to a PropTiger report. Mumbai’s average housing price rose to about ₹13,164 per sq ft in 2025 from ₹12,600 per sq ft in 2024. Further, housing prices grew by 1% in Pune in 2025 as compared to 16% in 2024.
