Houthis claim shooting down Saudi Apache helicopter

Yemen's Houthi group claimed Saturday that its forces shot down a Saudi Apache military helicopter near Najran, southern Saudi Arabia, while it was conducting operations against Houthi border positions. Saudi officials made no immediate comment. The claim follows renewed military escalation since July, after the collapse of a 2022 ceasefire.
