Houthis tried vibe-coding their way to missiles with 2,000-km range, even test fired a rocket

Anthropic's threat report claimed that Iran-backed Houthis tried vibe-coding on Claude to build guided rockets, a ballistic missile with an over 2,000-km range and a multi-variant missile. They even used Claude to integrate an autopilot into a flight computer and perform a flight simulation. There's no proof that they succeeded in building missiles, but they did test-fire a guided rocket.
