How are Coca-Cola products available in Russia despite firm’s vow to exit?

Coca-Cola vowed to exit Russia over its war with Ukraine but its products are still available in the country. As per Bloomberg, this is because Coca-Cola products are being imported in large quantities from neighbouring countries of Georgia and Kazakhstan. This is also because following the Ukraine war, Russia allows selling branded goods without the trademark owner's consent.
