How are GIFT City listings different from listing on exchanges?

Domestic IPOs, regulated by SEBI, require highly granular disclosures while IFSCA, which oversees exchanges at GIFT City, doesn't ask for detailed restatement. IPOs in traditional markets are rupee-based, while GIFT City IPOs allow foreign currency.
