How can anyone hate him?: Ashwin on Vaibhav's fight with Sri Lankan player

Former India all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin questioned the criticism directed at Vaibhav Sooryavanshi after the 15-year-old's on-field altercation with Sri Lanka A's Vishen Halambage. "How can anyone hate him?" he asked. Ashwin added, "Have we forgotten that we, too, were children once? Have we forgotten that there are children like that in our own families? This is a very dangerous trend."
