How can CEC be removed as Opposition seeks Gyanesh Kumar's exit?

At least 100 Lok Sabha MPs or 50 Rajya Sabha MPs must sign a motion to remove Chief Election Commissioner, which the Speaker/Chairman must admit. If a three-member inquiry committee sustains the charges, both Houses must pass the motion by a special majority before the President orders removal. CEC can be removed only on grounds of "proved misbehaviour" or "incapacity".
