How can consumers identify genuine green firecrackers?

Green crackers carry the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-NEERI) logo and a QR code which shows the product's authenticity and certification details. CSIR-NEERI's website carries a list of registered manufacturers permitted to make green crackers. Supreme Court banned use of crackers not approved by CSIR-NEERI in Delhi-NCR.
