How can customers claim refunds for cancelled Go First flights?

After Go First cancelled flights scheduled for May 3-5, the airline said a full refund will be issued to customers for the above-mentioned dates. It said, "A full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment shortly...We acknowledge the flight cancellations might have disrupted your travel plans and we are committed to providing all the assistance we can."
