How can Indian investors trade in US stocks like Tesla through NSE IFSC?

Indian retail investors will be able to trade in eight US stocks, including Tesla, through NSE IFSC platform from today. The platform's market makers will buy shares in US and issue receipts against them to investors. The receipts, issued at low costs, will represent a fraction of the value of shares. Trading in receipts will take place in US dollars.
