How can people check if their tea leaves are adulterated?

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has shared steps for people to check if their tea leaves are adulterated with exhausted tea leaves. Take a filter paper, place some tea leaves at the centre and put water on them drop by drop. The adulterated leaves will leave blackish-brown streaks on the filter paper.
