How can teachers, staff avail UP govt's ₹5-lakh cashless health cover scheme?

The UP government launched the 'Mukhyamantri Shikshak Cashless Chikitsa Suvidha Yojana', to provide cashless medical treatment of up to ₹5 lakh per family to around 12 lakh teachers and education staff. Those who are eligible can apply through the online portal at cmtcts.upsdc.gov.in by submitting the required details and documents. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
