How China’s Shaksgam build-up creates new Siachen threat for India?

India's Siachen strategy may face a new challenge as China expands infrastructure in the Shaksgam Valley, said JNU scholar Srikanth Kondapalli. A widened CPEC corridor and manpower could allow China to approach Siachen from the north, creating a dual-front risk beyond Pakistan.
