Claude helped a man recover Bitcoins worth around ₹4 crore after he forgot a wallet password changed while “stoned” 11 years ago. The user uploaded files from his old college computer to Claude, which found an older wallet backup and identified issues in recovery process. Decrypting the backup with an old password revealed the same private keys controlling the funds.
