How did 2 planes collide at Delhi airport?

Aviation regulator DGCA said two planes collided at Delhi airport, resulting in damage to the planes' bodies. It said a Leh-Delhi SpiceJet plane was taxiing to the allocated parking bay when it hit the Hyderabad-bound Akasa Air plane, which was positioned on the apron after pushback. The collision damaged the SpiceJet plane's winglet and Akasa Air plane's horizontal tail surface.
