How did fraudsters run 'India's biggest job scam' to cheat 50,000 people?

Odisha Police have busted 'India's biggest job scam' that targeted at least 50,000 jobseekers from at least five states - Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal and Odisha. The scammers developed a website resembling a government website displaying government job ads and charged jobseekers ₹3,000-₹50,000. A key accused Zafar Ahmed, a 25-year-old B.Tech graduate, was arrested from UP.
