How did heaviest man alive Khalid Shaari lose 542 kg with former Saudi king's help?

Khalid bin Mohsen Shaari, once known as the heaviest man alive weighing 610 kg, has lost 542 kg, after the intervention of Saudi Arabia's former King Abdullah. In 2013, King Abdullah designated 30 medical professionals to develop a rigorous treatment and diet regimen. Khalid's treatment also included gastric bypass surgery, excess skin removal, exercise plan and intensive physiotherapy sessions.
