How did Israel kill Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar in Gaza?

Israeli military engaged three terrorists who were going from home to home and were on the run in Gaza's Rafah district. One of the three terrorists, Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar, had an injured hand and had covered his head in a traditional scarf. Israel killed Sinwar inside a "blown-up apartment", where he ran to after the other terrorists dispersed.
