How did N Korean troops cross world's most heavily guarded border?

North Korean soldiers were reported to have crossed Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), which is possibly the most heavily armed and guarded border, into South Korea three times this month. One of the reasons could be excessive shrubbery due to which troops may not have seen signs marking the thin military demarcation line. Several soldiers also sustained injuries due to landmine explosions.
