How did Saudi make it easier for Israel to probe flydubai attack's terror angle?

Saudi Arabia, which doesn't even recognise Israel, has made it easier for Israel to probe terror angle in flydubai plane attack case by handing over Omani co-pilot to UAE. The UAE signed the Abraham Accords in 2020, recognising the Jewish state, and could allow Israel to interrogate him. The Omani national allegedly tried to crash the plane.
