How did the 4-year-long TCS sexual abuse and conversion racket get exposed?

The sexual abuse and conversion racket, running since February 2022 at TCS' Nashik office, came to light after a man complained about a Hindu employee observing Ramzan fasts. After talking to the woman's family, police personnel went undercover as the office's housekeeping staff for 40 days and observed the accused. An FIR was filed after the police noticed troubling behaviour.
