How does India-EU trade deal wipe out Pakistan's trade advantage?

For years, Pakistan had competitive advantage in European market due to Generalised Scheme of Preferences Plus (GSP) status. Pakistan enjoyed zero-duty access to EU for nearly 66% of its export lines. The "mother of all deals" gives India sweeping duty-free access to EU, effectively neutralising Pakistan's advantage over India. Moreover, Pakistan's GSP status will expire in December next year.
