How has India defeated Naxalism with roads, schools and welfare?

India has officially declared an end to Naxalism after over 50 years of conflict. Government used mix of security action and strong development work in affected areas. Thousands of schools, hospitals, roads, banking services were built in remote tribal regions. Welfare schemes also reached more people. Better connectivity and rising voter turnout show that peace and normal life are returning.
