How many ultra-luxury homes have been sold in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR & B'luru since 2022?

Major cities, including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, completed over 99 ultra-luxury residential deals worth around ₹8,069 crore from 2022 to August 2024, according to ANAROCK. Mumbai sold the highest number of ultra-luxury homes at 88, followed by seven in Delhi-NCR, three in Hyderabad and one in Bengaluru. At least 25 such homes were sold in 2024 till August.
