How much caffeine & sugar does a 250-ml can of 'energy drink' contain?

Food regulator FSSAI issued notices to beverage brands like Sting, Red Bull and Monster over misleading "energy drink" claims. Experts said the temporary boost comes primarily from caffeine, with a 250-ml can containing around 75 mg. However, the high sugar content is a bigger health concern, with the same can containing roughly 27 grams of added sugar, about seven teaspoons.
