How much did ex-CEOs of Wipro, TCS, others get as ​​severance pay?

Outgoing Wipro CEO Thierry Delaporte is set to receive $11 million (around ₹92 crore) as severance pay after his ahead-of-schedule exit. TCS had paid ₹48 crore to its former CEO Rajesh Gopinathan during his exit last year. Former Cognizant CEO Brian Humphries had received $3.8 million (then around ₹28 crore) in severance pay when he left the firm in 2023.
