How much direct tax did the govt collect this year?

The net direct tax collection for the current financial year, as on December 17, is at ₹11,35,754 crore, compared to ₹9,47,959 crore in the corresponding period of the last financial year. The collection includes corporation tax at ₹6,06,679 crore and personal income tax including securities transaction tax at ₹5,26,477 crore. The gross direct taxes collection stands at ₹13,63,649 crore.
